Stylish interior design complemented my stay wonderfully.
The check-in process was exasperating. I was left outside in the rain for 40 minutes due to a lack of communication concerning the access code. This was compounded by the fact that the staff only communicated in Dutch and I had no way to get online to figure things out. Even though I eventually received assistance, the entire experience soured what could have been a pleasant evening.

first, the room was chilly at 13 degrees, making it feel like a freezer. and then imagine my surprise when breakfast showed up an hour early, leaving me scrambling! i almost gave a good review, but the lack of decorum and personal attention woudl ve been laughable if it weren't so sad.

The Superior Suite at the hotel boasts a delightful rainwater shower, and the bed has a quality topper for an excellent night’s sleep. Don't miss the chance to grab a bite nearby. Brasserie Sanz has some delectable local dishes that are simply mouthwatering!
I faced the frustration of a code lock with no instructions in English, leaving me stranded in the cold rain for 40 minutes. Though I didn’t get in, the hotel still shines with its elegance and cleanliness.

gorgeous garden with sculptures, unique room configurations, fully digital check-in
Lack of communal facilities leaves a soulless hotel experience!!! Inconsistent room maintenance needs addressing to enhance overall comfort!!! !!! Noise from the street can be bothersome, suggesting a need for better soundproofing!!!

Not exactly what I expected
The convenience of seamless digital check-in was impressive. I enjoyed a superbly comfortable bed, spacious accommodations, and exquisite breakfast delivered to my door each morning.
The need for greater amenities became clear. limited communal areas and a lack of decorum slightly detracted from the experience, impacting overall hospitality.
